2. Do not defy a superior. To defy your superior is to defy the entire guild.
2.5 If a superior requests you do something embarrassing or otherwise unnecessary or offensive, report it to a Disciplinary Officer or Chat Moderator.
3. Each branch is equally important as the next, and any discrimination against other branches will not be tolerated.
4. Do not abuse the powers assigned to you.
5. Do not interrupt or attend a meeting not assigned to your branch.
6. If a player is inactive for up to eight (8) days without notice, they will be kicked from the guild. This may be prevented by notifying a superior or branch leader that you will be absent.
In-Game Chat rules
1. Excess swearing will not be tolerated. Albeit occasional swearing is permitted, using it in excess will be classified as offensive, and will count as an offense.

3. Do not spam the guild chat. Breaking this rule will result in a warning. The offender may be warned up to three (3) times before disciplinary punishment is given. Disciplinary punishment may be given on the fourth offense, and the offender will be temporarily banished for up to two weeks if the offense is repeated five times or more. Upon the seventh offense, the player will be barred from the guild.
4. Do not verbally harass or discriminate. The offender may be warned up to one (1) time before disciplinary action may be taken. Upon the fourth offense, the player may be kicked for up to three (3) weeks. Upon the fifth offense, the player will be banished.
Punishment
Banishment: Depending on the form of offense and number of offenses, the offender may be permanently removed from the guild.
Barring: Barring an offender is an extended kick; the offender may be banned from the guild no less than six (6) months, and up to one (1) year.
Fining: If committing a light offense, the offender may agree to pay a balance of no less than 50,000 gold pieces (GP) to the guild stone, so that the money may be distributed among the branches for proper use. Note: The offender must notify a guild leader before and after they deposit the money to the guild stone, and must receive confirmation before depositing the money to the stone. This offense is optional, and may be replaced with a one week kick.
Kick: The offender may be temporarily banished from the guild, from a minimum of seven (7) days to a maximum of up to thirty (30) days.
Firing: The offender may be kicked out of a certain position of power (Moderator, Legate, Recruiter, etc.) and may not be eligible for a new position for a set amount of time. This amount of time may be set by the branch leader the offender is under.
Demotion: The offender’s guild status is lowered by the branch leader accordingly. Warning: Usually given to first time offenders, a warning is a simple issued statement notifying the offender that they will be given punishment on their next offense. A warning may only be given out to minor offenses. A warning will not be provided to major offenses, such as sexual harassment.
